Alia Goes All White For Gangubai’s Promotion
Mumbai, Feb 12: Actor Alia Bhatt has chosen white to promote her upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. The 28-year-old actor could be seen promoting her upcoming film in floral pearl white saree to represent her character as ‘Gangubai’.
In the movie’s trailer, Alia is shown in white saree and bun with a flower. For past several days, she has been posting photos showing her love for white sarees. This time, it seems like Alia has dodged other colours and chose white sarees.
On Saturday, she dropped five gorgeous photos of herself in white saree paired with floral-painted blouse. She has accessorised her look with silver earrings, fresh white roses and a black bindi.
On Friday, ‘Gangubai’ took to Instagram and posted three photos of her in white saree and half-sleeve blouse with a deep V-neckline and completed the look with a pair of silver jhumkas and a black bindi.
Earlier, Alia had posted photos with her cat Edward with a quirky caption, “Gangubai and Edward Bhai” with a cresent moon emoji, which is universal in all her Gangubai’s post. ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ has been produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Jayantilal Gada. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn. Bhansali’s much-awaited film will hit the theatres on February 25.
