While sharing a short video clip dropping the announcement of presenting Shaktimaan on a global level, Sony Pictures wrote, “After the super success of our many superhero films in India and all over the globe, it’s time for our desi Superhero! “Sony Pictures International Productions is set to bring ‘Shaktimaan’ to the big screen and will recreate the magic of the iconic superhero, to be headlined by one of India’s superstars.
“We are excited to join hands with Brewing Thoughts Private Limited and Mukesh Khanna’s Bheeshm International. Get ready for Shaktiman Movie; more details coming soon.” Indian fans have gone crazy after the announcement of a film featuring an Indian superhero. Shaktimaan is India’s household name, and fans cannot wait for further announcements. “Marvel has hired Shaktimaan”, a user commented. Another wrote, “Now it’s India’s turn to shine”, with fire emoji. The makers haven’t announced any further details.
