According to Chinese media reports, in China, companies are also giving benefits like baby bonus, extended paid leaves, tax exemption, subsidies to raise children to their employees. China’s ‘Beijing Dabiong Technology Group’ company is giving the strongest offer to its employees.
The company’s offer is that on the birth of the third child, the employees will get about Rs 11.50 lakh in cash and one year’s leave. For women employees, this leave is up to 12 months, while parental leave is being given up to 9 months. Apart from this, the company is giving an amount of Rs 3.54 lakh and Rs 60 lakh to the employees even after giving birth to the first and second child.
