“Shocked At The Untimely Demise Of Social Worker Sindhutai Sapkal”: Pawar
Aurangabad, Jan 5: NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Wednesday expressed grief over the sudden demise of orphan mother and social worker Sindhutai Sapkal and paid heartfelt tributes to her.
In his tweet Mr Pawar stated that, “The untimely demise of senior social worker Sindhutai Sapkal is shocking. The social work created by Sindhutai, which holds a shadow of love for thousands of orphans will be a guide for many generations”, he tweeted.

अनाथ मुलांसाठी मायेची सावली धरणाऱ्या सिंधूताईंनी उभं केलेलं सामाजिक कार्य अनेक पिढ्यांना मार्गदर्शक ठरेल.

While NCP state president and state Cabinet Minister Jayant Patil in his tweet stated that, “The news of the demise of Sindhutai is indeed a very sad moment. Very few people live for others rather than just for themselves, Sindhutai was one such person. It is the good fortune of the land of Maharashtra that a person like Sindhutai born ihere”, he tweeted.
