Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Is Scheduled To Come To Odisha Today

Bhubaneswar: Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari is coming to Odisha today. He will be on a day-long visit to Odisha and will be involved in various programs. On this occasion, he will inaugurate projects worth more than Rs 4,000 crore to Odisha. Nitin Gadkari is scheduled to lay the foundation stone and dedicate 19 projects to the public at a program to be held in Bhubaneswar’s Baramunda area this afternoon. This includes laying the foundation stone of 13 national highways to be built at a cost of Rs 2,905 crore, 4 CRIF bridges to be built at a cost of Rs 427 crore. Similarly, Nitin Gadkari is scheduled to inaugurate 2 national highways built at a cost of Rs 841 crore, informed Minister Prithviraj Harichandan.

As per reports, the Union Minister will arrive in Bhubaneswar airport at 10:30 am. From there, he will go to Cuttack to grace an event at the Ravenshaw University. The History Department of Ravenshaw University will celebrate the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister Dr. Harekrushna Mahatab. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari  is scheduled to grace this event. Besides the Union Minister, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and State Higher Education Minister Suryavanshi Suraj are also scheduled to attend the celebration as chief guests.
