Stuffed gram dal puri is made on every Teej festival in North India. The taste of this puri is so amazing that people eat it without vegetables. So let us tell you how to make gram dal puri.
Ingredients to make Chana Puri:
Half cup soaked gram dal, one and a half cup wheat flour, ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, half teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam Spices, celery, dry kasoori fenugreek, coriander leaves, oil, asafoetida
Method to make Chana Puri:

First step: To make chana puri, soak half a cup of chana dal overnight. In the morning, take out the lentils from the water and boil them. Put the pulses in the cooker and take it off after 3 whistles. Now add boiled lentils, 4-5 garlic cloves, half teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin and half glass water in the mixer jar and grind them finely in the grinder.

Second step: Add a little turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala and 1 teaspoon celery, salt as per taste and kasoori methi to the gram dal mixture and mix well.

Third step: Now take one and a half cup wheat flour in a big pan and knead it till it becomes soft. When the dough is kneaded, apply ghee on it. Now take a small ball of dough and roll it into a round shape and add the gram mixture into it and close it. Now roll the puri with light hands.

Fourth step: Now turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add oil into it. When the oil becomes hot, add the puris into it. Now keep these puris till they turn brown and then filter them. Your hot gram dal puris are ready. Now eat them with vegetables.
