Make fenugreek laddus like this:

After this, heat ghee in a pan and fry the finely chopped fenugreek thoroughly. If you want to reduce the bitterness of fenugreek seeds, then soak fenugreek seeds in milk for some time. After this spread them in the sun. After drying, grind them.

Second step: After this add gram flour and fry it well. When the fragrant aroma starts coming from the gram flour, add Shilajit, Suranjan and Ashwagandha to it and fry again for some time. Then add gum and dry foods in it and fry for some time.
-
Third step: On the other hand, make syrup by adding some water to the jaggery. Now, add it to the fenugreek powder mixture and mix gently. After this turn off the gas. When the mixture cools down slightly, mix well with hands and make laddus of desired shape.
