GMR Sports joins hands with Rugby India, Rugby Premier League will be played in India
GMR Sports has announced a 10-year partnership with Rugby India, the national governing body, to launch the Rugby Premier League (RPL). This league is scheduled to start from 2025 and its aim is to showcase Indian talent among the top players and coaches of the world. Teams from a total of six cities will participate in this league, which will also include players from major rugby countries.
