WPL 2025 Auction: A mini auction is being organized for the Women’s Premier League 2025. A total of 190 players will be bid in the auction. Meanwhile, bids have been placed on many big players in the first round of the auction. During this period, crores of rupees have been given to four players. In the first round, Gujarat Giants team made the two highest bids and have made two star players a part of their squad. Simran Shaikh has been bought for the highest amount in the first round. These four players were sold for crores

After the first round of the auction for the Women’s Premier League, there were four players who were given crores of rupees. Apart from Simran Shake, names of Diandra Dottin, G Kamalini and Prema Rawat were included in those players. As soon as the names of these four players appeared in the auction, the teams started bidding very quickly. Simran Shaikh was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 1.90 crore, G Kamalini was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 1.70 crore, G Kamalini was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 1.60 crore and Prema Rawat was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 1.20 crore. Apart from this, N Charani has also got good money. Delhi Capitals has bought him for Rs 55 lakh.

Who is Simran Sheikh

Simran Shaikh plays domestic cricket for Mumbai. She made her debut during the Women’s Premier League 2023. She was a part of the UP Warriors team that season. He scored 29 runs in 9 matches at an average of 5.80 and strike rate of just 60.41. After that Simran was released by her team. Simran’s performance so far has not been anything special.
