Radish and Rice Puri Recipe
First step- Half kilo radish, 250 grams rice flour, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon nigella seeds, 1 teaspoon celery, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped green chilli and green coriander.
Second step- Pour water in a pan or kadai and when hot, add 1 teaspoon ghee. Add nigella seeds, celery, salt, crushed red chilli, ginger garlic paste and grated radish to it.
Third step- Now add rice flour to it, mix it and keep it covered for about 2 minutes so that the dough gets set. Now add green chilli and green coriander to the flour. Knead the flour well and make small balls of it.
Fourth step- Now heat oil in a pan, add puris to it and cook on medium flame. Similarly, roast and prepare all the puris. You can eat them with pickle, with tea or with any vegetable.
Fifth step- You can easily eat these puris for 1-2 days. This is also a good snack to take while travelling. Rice flour puris taste very tasty. They can also be eaten with green chutney or sauce. Children will also find these puris very tasty.
