Third step- Now wash all the slices with water 3-4 times. To make crispy namkeen, soak these slices in hot water for two minutes and then dry all the slices with a cotton cloth.
Fourth step- Heat oil in a pan and fry all the pieces until they turn golden brown. Now fry peanuts, cashew nuts and curry leaves in the same hot oil.
Fifth step- After this, take out salt, chaat masala, half spoon black salt, half spoon cumin powder, two spoons Kashmiri red chilli powder in a bowl. Now add crispy potato slices to this bowl.
Sixth step- In the same bowl, add peanuts, cashews and curry leaves and mix everything well.
