Recipe for making milk with turmeric, ginger and jaggery
First step- First of all, pour 1 glass of milk in a pan. Now keep the milk on the gas to boil. After the milk comes to a boil, grate a piece of raw turmeric.
Second step- Now grate 1 small piece of ginger in milk and let both the things boil for 2 minutes. When the milk boils well, add 1 piece of jaggery in it and turn off the gas immediately. Stir the milk once in between with a spoon so that the jaggery melts and gets mixed.
Third step- Milk with raw turmeric, ginger and jaggery is ready. Drink it hot only. By drinking this milk for one week, your cold, cough and cold will go away. You can drink this milk daily in winter.
Fourth step- If you do not have raw turmeric then you can use turmeric powder instead. You can also use dry ginger instead of ginger. This will provide the same benefits and taste that you get in raw turmeric and ginger.
