When wicketkeeper batsman Yastika Bhatia is out of Australia tour due to injury.

Uma Chhetri got the place

Yastika Bhatia suffered a wrist injury in the Women’s Big Bash League. This has been confirmed by the BCCI medical team. Now his recovery is being closely monitored. The Women’s Selection Committee has included Uma Chhetri in the team as her replacement. BCCI has given this information by tweeting.

Uma Chhetri has played only four T20I matches

Uma Chhetri is less experienced than Yastika Bhatia. 22-year-old Uma made her T20 International debut for Team India this year and has played only 4 T20 International matches for the Indian team, in which she has scored 9 runs in her name.
