Apart from this, Reddy also contributed 41 and 38 runs in both the innings.
Yashasvi Jaiswal played an inning of 161 runs
Similarly, Yashasvi Jaiswal, playing his first Test in Australia, played an inning of 161 runs and played an important role in the team’s victory. Bumrah said that this is the best innings of Jaiswal’s career so far. If I have to choose the best player of the match then I will choose Jaiswal. I think this is his best test innings so far because you know he plays aggressively. But in the second innings, he left a lot of balls, took his time and batted back in the crease. This gives a lot of confidence.
Jasprit Bumrah said that when circumstances are difficult, I think about how I can contribute. This happens even when I’m not leading the team. In such a situation, whenever a difficult situation arises, I try to find an answer to it. I am comfortable putting myself in difficult situations.
