Real food is considered beneficial especially during cold days. Flaxseed is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Due to which the heart remains healthy. Linseed is beneficial for hair and skin. First step- To make flaxseed laddus, you have to take about 400-500 grams of flaxseeds. Put flax seeds in a pan and fry them lightly on high flame. When the flax seeds start roasting, a crackling sound will be heard. These are roasted just like sesame seeds. When the flax seeds are roasted, take them out.

Second step- Now add 1 spoon of desi ghee in the pan and fry 100 grams of gum in it till it swells. The gum also has to be roasted while stirring on slow flame so that the gum gets roasted completely from inside and its sticking gets eliminated. Now take out the glue.

Third step- Now put cooled flax seeds in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely. Do not grind flaxseed too finely. If you don’t like coarse powder, you can make fine powder. Take out the real one. Now grind 1 cup walnuts and half cup almonds coarsely in a mixer.

Fourth step- Put ground flaxseed and walnuts and almonds in the pan and add 1 tablespoon ghee and fry both the things while stirring on medium flame for 5 minutes. Now take it out in a plate. Now add 5-6 ground green cardamom powder to it. Grind the gum coarsely and mix it.

Fifth step- Now pour half a cup of water in the pan and when it gets hot, break 500 grams of jaggery into pieces and add it. You just have to melt the jaggery. No need to make syrup out of it. Keep the gas on very low flame to melt the jaggery. When the jaggery melts completely, add it to the mixture containing real seeds.

Sixth step- Mix everything well with a spoon. Let it cool slightly but do not cool it too much because then you will not be able to make laddus. When the batter is slightly hot, take water in a bowl and wet your hands and start making laddus. Wetting your hands will prevent the batter from sticking.

Seventh step- Similarly, prepare all the laddus quickly in mild heat. If the jaggery cools down then you will not be able to make laddus. Delicious laddus made of jaggery and flaxseed are ready. You must eat 1 flaxseed laddu daily. It is more beneficial to eat flaxseed laddu on an empty stomach in the morning. Be sure to feed these laddus to children also.
