He has played only one test match for the Indian team so far. Padikkal had scored 65 runs in the Test match against England in the year 2024. 24 year old Devdutt Padikkal may not have got much opportunity in international cricket yet, but he has scored mountains of runs in domestic cricket. He scored 2677 runs in 40 first class matches, which included 6 centuries. He has 1875 runs in his name in 30 List-A matches, which include 8 centuries and 11 half-centuries. He has been a part of RCB, Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants in IPL.
