Puri: The religious month of Kartika has ended. The devotees will return to their homes. Meanwhile, the Kartika restrictions have been lifted from the Puri Jagannath temple as the Kartika month ends. From today, devotees can again enter the temple through the four doors (chari dwara). This has been informed by the chief administrator of the Shree Jagannath Temple Association, Arvind Padhi.
While devotees can enter through the four doors, devotees can exit only through three doors. Devotees will exit only through the north door, west door and south door.
It is worth noting that after the change of government in the state, the new government had first opened the four doors of the temple. Devotees used to enter through the four doors. But a few days ago, this system was stopped after seeing the crowd during the month of Kartika. Now, after the end of the month of Kartika, the administration has once again implemented the same system.
