CM Majhi Inaugurated ‘Boita Bandana’ Ceremony At Paradip Port

Paradip: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated the ‘Boita Bandana’ (boat launch ceremony) at Paradip Port on the occasion of Kartika Purnima. Inaugurating the ceremony, the Chief Minister said, Paradip is the gateway to progress. Kalinga’s maritime tradition is very old. The adventurous voyage of the Sadhaba pua still inspires us today.

Our Kalinga became prosperous due to their efforts. Today we are remembering that thousand-year-old history, the Chief Minister said.

The Chief Minister made this announcement while inaugurating the Bali Yatra that a capital investment of Rs 2 lakh crore will be made in Paradip. Along with this, he said that a cost of Rs 16 thousand crore will be spent to connect Talcher with Paradip.
