Indian Team: The Indian team has to play the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia from 22nd November. BCCI has already announced its squad for the Test series. Mohammed Shami did not get a place then due to not being fit. But now a good news has come for the Indian team. This star fast bowler is ready to make a comeback in Ranji Trophy. If he performs well in the Ranji Trophy, he can also be included in the Australia tour. The second test match between India and Australia will be held on 6th December.

Shami will play for Bengal

Mohammed Shami has been included in the Bengal team for Ranji Trophy. Bengal will play the match against Madhya Pradesh. Which is going to start in Indore from 13th November (Wednesday). With Shami joining the Bengal team, their bowling attack will be strengthened. This will instill enthusiasm in the entire team and motivate them to do well.

Last international match played for India in the year 2023

Mohammed Shami has been out of ODI World Cup 2023 due to injury. He played the last international match for Team India against Australia in the year 2023. Shami had performed amazingly for India in the ODI World Cup 2023. He single-handedly took the team to the finals and took 7 wickets in the semi-finals. But his magic could not work in the final. Then he took a total of 24 wickets in the World Cup.

Took more than 200 wickets in test cricket

Mohammed Shami is counted among the best bowlers of India. He has won many matches for Team India on his own. He bowls with the seam, due to which the batsman is unable to understand his balls and gets out. So far, he has taken 229 wickets in 64 Test matches, 195 wickets in 101 Test matches and 24 wickets in 23 T20 International matches for Team India.
