  3. Squats- You can do squats to make your heart healthy. This is a great cardio exercise, which increases the heart rate. Squats are also considered effective for toning and strengthening the muscles of the body. The best thing is that you can easily do squats at home without any tools.

  4. climbing stairs- Cardio exercise also includes climbing stairs. Climbing a few stairs every day keeps the heart healthy. This is a great way to keep the heart healthy.   5. Planck- You can do plank by lying down at one place. To do plank you need to practice regularly. In the beginning you have to hold yourself for 30 seconds, after that you have to take it for 1 minute. Doing plank puts stress on the entire body and reduces belly fat.
