A Cyclonic Storm Is Likely To Form In Odisha By Nov 5th Of Nov
Bhubaneswar: Another cyclonic storm is likely to form in the southeast Bay of Bengal by the 5th of November. The regional meteorological centre has predicted that the state will experience rainfall due to its influence. However, the weather will remain mostly dry in the state on Monday and light to moderate rainfall is likely in Ganjam and Puri districts on Tuesday.
On the 6th, coastal Odisha, including Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Rayagada and Kandhamal districts, will experience light to moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning.
On the 7th, there is a possibility of rainfall in some places in Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri and Khurda districts, while the state will experience rainfall at isolated places till the 10th, the meteorological centre has estimated.
On the other hand, although the temperature is expected to be higher than normal this November, the minimum temperature may drop by 2 to 3 degrees in the next 2 days. On Sunday, the lowest temperature in the state was recorded at 16.5 degrees Celsius in Daringbadi and Phulbani, while the highest was 34.8 degrees Celsius in Boudh.
