According to information, in this meeting sitting at Lok Seva Bhavan, I have decided on 3 important proposals.

According to the decision, 95% stake in Gopalpur Port has gone to Adani Group. The remaining 5% stake will be held by Odisha Stevedores Limited. The agreement has been approved by the state cabinet. According to officials, Gopalpur port can be improved by going to Adani Group. As a result, employment will increase directly and indirectly in the state.

Adani Port, India’s largest private port operator, has spent Rs 1349 crore to buy shares in Gopalpur Port. For stake in Gopalpur Port, Adani Port has bought 56 ​​percent stake from Shapoorji Pallonji Group and 39 percent stake from Orissa Stevedores.

The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
