New Delhi: Shooter Manu Bhaker, who created history by winning two medals in one event, is disappointed at the end. Manu Bhaker finished fourth in the 25m pistol final of the Paris Olympics. As a result, the hat-trick medal hopes have been dashed.
At one point in the final fight, Manu was in second place. But later fell to fourth place. She was followed by Hungary’s Veronika Major to win the bronze. Similarly, South Korea stood first and won the gold, while France won the silver.
The 22-year-old Manu failed to win a medal in the 25m pistol final but has made India proud by winning bronze in the previous two events. She gave India its first bronze medal in the women’s 10m air pistol category. He also finished third in the 10m air pistol mixed event and won bronze.
