Bhubaneswar, Dec 28 : Security personnel deployed in anti-Naxal operation on Thursday recovered a major Maoist dump in a jungle area in Odisha’s Koraput district.
In a post on social media platform X, Koraput Police said one team of Koraput Special Operation Group recovered a Maoist dump in Jungle area near Kodaaput and Gumudaput village during a massive combing operation in the area.
Sources said police recovered one pistol, 14 ammunition, two empty cases, eight large and nine small tiffin bombs, 50 metres of codex wire, two detonators and a steel pot.
