REFUSAL OF MEMBERSHIP/ CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP, WEBINARS, GROUND EVENTS AND REFUND POLICY

You are advised to read all details of the ‘Mobile News 24×7 Membership Scheme’ before subscribing to it.

  • Mobile News 24×7 reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the Mobile News 24×7 Membership Scheme.
  • Mobile News 24×7 is not bound to disclose the reason for the refusal of new membership or renewal of membership.
  • If Mobile News 24×7 refuses a new membership or renewal of an ongoing membership, registrants will be offered a refund within 30 days.
  • All persons acquiring new membership can cancel their membership within 30 days of purchase without assigning any reason and will be eligible to get a 100% refund of their money.
  • No refund can be claimed after 30 days of the purchase of membership.
  • Mobile News 24×7 can cancel the membership of any person at any time during the tenure of the membership if any member is found to be misusing the membership in any manner. Please refer to Membership Rules & Norms. No refund will be payable in such cases.
  • In case of violation of norms of the membership by any person, Mobile News 24×7 will give due notice to the concerned member by email to explain his/ her conduct and intent regarding the alleged violation and the membership will be cancelled if the person is found guilty of violating any prescribed norms of membership.

The above policies apply to all membership plans unless otherwise noted in the corresponding membership plans. Please carefully read the detailed membership plan information for each membership plan given on https://mobilenews24x7.com/membership-plan/ and sent to you through email along with the Membership Card.

Cancellation of Webinars

  • The Mobile News 24×7 Membership Scheme offers its members free participation in Webinars organised by Mobile News 24×7 as per the eligibility described under each plan. However, Mobile News 24×7 reserves the right to cancel any webinar due to low enrolment or any other circumstances.
  • In such cases, the registrant will be offered participation in the next Webinar.
  • No Refund will be made for such cancellations.

Cancellation of Ground Events

  • The Mobile News 24×7 Membership Scheme offers free participation in one ground event organised by the Mobile News 24×7 in India during the tenure of the membership as per eligibility described under the respective plan. However, Mobile News 24×7 reserves the right to cancel any such event due to lack of sponsorship, unviability, reasons beyond the control of Mobile News 24×7, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, Mobile News 24×7 will try its best to extend the invite to such members if it is organising any other ground event during the tenure of the membership of such members. However, Mobile News 24×7 does not make a guarantee that it will organize an event to compensate for the cancellation of the previous event.
  • No Refund will be made for such cancellations.
