Mumbai, Jul 9 : The BSE Sensex on Friday slipped by 105 pts at 52,463.21 in opening trade as selling was seen in Energy, FMCG, Auto and Bankex stocks.The Nifty too eased by 19.30 pts at 15,708.60.
The Sensex registered intra days high and low at 52,508.24 and 52,228.01 pts respectively.The Nifty registered intra days high and low at 15,712.85 and 15,632.75 pts respectively.
The Mid Cap rose by 0.33 pc and Small Cap by 0.27 pc.In 30 scrips, 14 advanced, 15 declined and one remained unchanged.The losers were IndusInd Bank by 0.96 pc to Rs 1035.20, Axis Bank by 0.94 pc to Rs 747.35, Reliance Industries by 0.86 pc to Rs 2074.85, Bajaj Auto by 0.70 pc to Rs 4048 and HDFC Bank by 0.60 pc to Rs 1511.The gainers were Tata Steel by 2.16 pc to Rs 1215.50, Bajaj Finserv by 1.57 pc to Rs 12,525, TCS by 0.52 pc to Rs 3274.05 and Sun Pharma by 0.51 pc to Rs 670.40.UNI NV GK 1059
