Australian PM met Indian team players, talked about passing law for Bumrah
Australian PM Anthony Albanese Meet Indian Players: The fifth match of the Test series between India and Australia will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground. The Australian team has a 2-1 lead in the series. To level the series, the Indian team will have to win the fifth and last Test at any cost. The result of the Sydney Test will decide whether the hosts can lift the trophy after more than a decade. But even before the test, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has met the Indian players.
Anthony Albanese, posting pictures with both the teams, wrote that the teams of Australia and India have already shown us great cricket in the summer. When the fifth Test begins on Friday, the Sydney Cricket Ground will be filled with pink in support of the great work of the McGrath Foundation. According to local media, Albanese praised Bumrah’s excellent performance in the series.
Big thing said for Jasprit Bumrah
Prime Minister Albanese praised Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah a lot. He jokingly said that we can pass a law here that Bumrah will have to bowl left-handed or only one step back. Whenever he bowls, it feels very exciting.
Bumrah has performed brilliantly
Jasprit Bumrah has performed amazingly in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy. He captained the first Test match held in Perth and led the Indian team to victory by 295 runs. In the subsequent matches also, he bowled in a manner which the Australian players could not understand. In the current series, he has taken a total of 30 wickets so far. He has also become the Indian fast bowler to reach this feat in the shortest number of matches with 200 Test wickets in his 44th match.
