Bhubaneswar: The second phase of the Assembly Budget Session will begin tomorrow. It will continue till April 5. During this session, the expenditure demand will be discussed and the Expenditure Bill will be passed. During this long period, the opposition BJD and Congress are formulating their strategies to target the ruling BJP on several issues in the House.
