Bhubaneswar: Mohan govt gave good news to government employees. Dearness allowance of employees has increased. The state government has announced a two percent increase in dearness allowance. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has informed. The increased allowance will be implemented retrospectively from January 1, 2025. This increased dearness allowance will be available in cash in the current April salary. As a result, the dearness allowance of government employees has increased from 53 percent to 55 percent.
Along with this, the TI of pensioners has also been increased by two percent. They will also get this increased TI in the April pension accordingly. About 8.5 lakh government employees and pensioners will benefit from this.
