Bhubaneswar: +3 enrollment application starts from today. interested Students in higher education can apply online from today to study in the college or university of their choice. The Higher Education Department has published the regulations regarding enrollment for the academic year 2025-26. According to the notification, students can apply for enrollment on the SAMS website from 4 pm today.
