Cyclone Dana: Doctors’ Leave Has Been Cancelled In Odisha

Bhubaneswar: All doctors’ leave has been cancelled due to possible storm ‘Dana’. Health Director of Odisha Dr. Vijay Mohapatra informed this on Tuesday.

Diarrhea and snakebite medicines have been ordered to be kept in the medical centre. The hospital has been asked to maintain 24-hour power back-up. Teams will be sent to the cyclone-affected areas and services will be provided.

Rooming and monitoring is being done at state and block level. The process of transferring old, children, physically ill and pregnant women to a safe place has been already started.
