Both teams have been finalized for the final of the ACC Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup. The Indian team defeated Sri Lanka in the semi-finals and got the ticket for the final. However, there has been a big blow to those fans who were praying for a clash between India and Pakistan in the final because Bangladesh defeated Pakistan in the first semi-final match and secured their place in the title match for the second consecutive time. Bangladesh had won the U19 Asia Cup title last time i.e. in the year 2023 by defeating UAE. Now his attempt will be to capture this title for the second consecutive time.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi again showed his strength

13 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi was the hero of the semi-final match played between India and Sri Lanka, who continued to make headlines for the second consecutive match. Thanks to his stormy innings in the second semi-final, India defeated Sri Lanka by seven wickets with 170 balls to spare and made it to the final. The left-handed batsman played a stormy innings of 67 runs in just 36 balls. Suryavanshi completed his half-century against Sri Lanka in just 24 balls, in which he hit six fours and five sky-high sixes. Recently, Vaibhav was bought by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 1.1 crore, making him the youngest player to join the Indian Premier League (IPL). Indian bowlers restricted Sri Lanka to 173 runs in the first 47 overs and then achieved the target of 174 runs in just 23.2 overs after losing 3 wickets.

The title match of the ACC Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup will be played on December 8 at the Dubai International Stadium. According to Indian time, the title match will start at 10.30 am. The match will be telecast live on Sony Sports Network while live streaming will be available on Sony Liv app and website. In the final, the Indian team will be eyeing to capture the title for the 9th time.
