Pakistan team is currently on South Africa tour and playing ODI series. This tour started with the T20I series in which South Africa won 2-0. After this, Pakistan made a brilliant comeback and captured the ODI series. Pakistan took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match series by winning the first two matches. With the series loss, South Africa’s troubles are increasing. Before the third ODI match, the second bowler of the African team is out. Earlier, there was news of spinner Keshav Maharaj being out of the third match and now South African fast bowler Otneil Bartman has been ruled out of the third ODI to be held at Wanderers in Johannesburg on 22 December.

There were setbacks in the first match, there were 2 wickets

Bartman, who played in the first ODI against Pakistan and took two wickets, has suffered a right knee injury. The 31-year-old Bartman experienced some discomfort in the run-up while warming up for the second match and was not included in the playing eleven. All-rounder Corbin Bosch was given a chance in his place. Fast bowler Otneil Bartman will now return home and undergo further testing. The news of Bartman being ruled out of the third ODI comes a day after left-arm spinner Keshav Maharaj was ruled out of the ODI series due to a left abductor strain. In such a situation, the big problem facing South Africa has become worse.

Pakistan has a chance of clean sweep

Bartman’s next big task is to play for two-time champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the SAT20. Pakistan has taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the ODI series after a spectacular win in the second ODI played in Cape Town on 19 December. Two days before this, Pakistan had taken a 1-0 lead in the series by defeating host South Africa in Paarl.
