Border-Gavaskar Trophy: Border-Gavaskar Trophy is being played between India and Australia since 1996. So far, only superstar batsmen Virat Kohli and David Warner have been able to achieve the feat of scoring a century in both the innings of a Test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Apart from these two, no other batsman has been able to do this in BGT. The special thing is that Kohli and Warner had scored centuries in both the innings of the same Test match held in Adelaide in 2014.
Showed his strength in the first test match as captain
In the year 2014, the Indian team went on Australia tour, but due to some reasons Mahendra Singh Dhoni could not play the first test match.
