England has done wonders in cricket. Sam Curran and Tom Curran play for the England team. Both the brothers have played amazing cricket for the country. He has earned name all over the world. Meanwhile, their brother Ben Curran has been selected in the team of another country. He has been included in the Zimbabwe squad. He has been included for the first time in the squad for the series to be played against Afghanistan.
Father played cricket for Zimbabwe
Sam Curran, Tom Curran and their middle brother Ben Curran were born in England. Although his father has played cricket for Zimbabwe. Ben Curran has played for Northamptonshire till the year 2022, but after that he has moved to Zimbabwe. He has performed brilliantly for Zimbabwe in domestic cricket. He was the highest run-scorer for his team in the Pro50 Championship 2024/25 and the first-class tournament Logan Cup 2024/25. Due to which he has been selected in the Zimbabwe national team.

A multi-format series is to be played between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan. Which will be hosted by the Zimbabwean team. However, Ben has been selected only for ODIs. He is not part of the T20 team. Zimbabwe Cricket wrote in a statement that 28-year-old Karan has made his place after excellent performance in domestic cricket. He is the son of former Zimbabwe international player and coach the late Kevin Curran and brother of England internationals Tom and Sam Curran.
