IND vs AUS: A five-match Test series is being played between India and Australia. The first two matches of this series have been played. After which both the teams are tied at 1-1. The next i.e. the third test match of the series will be played in Gabba. In this match, it is expected that a large number of spectators will come to watch the match. Last time, Team India won the series by registering a historic win against Australia at the same venue. Amidst all this, there seems to be more craze for the Boxing Day Test to be played in Melbourne than for Gabba.

The fourth match of the Test series between the two teams will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground from 26 December. This test match will also be called Boxing Day Test. More than 90000 spectators can watch the match at this venue. The house is full in Melbourne for the first day of this match. All tickets have been sold out. This clearly shows the level of craze for the India vs Australia Test series.
Cricket Australia confirmed this on Tuesday (December 10) morning and also said that some tickets could be released to the general public a few days before the Test match. He said in his statement that all available public tickets for the first day of the Boxing Day Test have been sold. There is a possibility of final release of some public tickets on 24th December for non-members to get their seats.
Cricket craze in Australia
The first two matches of the Test series were played in Perth and Adelaide. During both these test matches, many spectators were seen in the stadium. Perth’s Optus Stadium was almost full for the first two days, while the Pink Ball Test in Adelaide attracted a record 1,35,012 spectators over three days. 36,225 spectators gathered at Adelaide Oval on the first day. The attendance on the second day was more than 50,000. Talking about the third Test match to be played at Gabba, the entire house is expected to be full on the first day. Most of the tickets for the second day have also been sold. Overall, this Test series has been very successful so far.
