Boland spoke to the media after the first day’s play between India and Australian Prime Minister’s XI was washed out due to rain and he said that we as a team have talked about our plans for all the Indian batsmen. I won’t tell you those things but we have very good plans. There may be some changes in this after seeing the players again in Perth.

Boland further said in his statement that definitely Yashasvi Jaiswal batted well. KL Rahul also batted well in the second innings. We will probably talk about this next week and there may be some changes in our plan. But I am confident that what we did in the first match was good. Let us tell you that KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal made a record 201-run partnership for the first wicket for Australia, after which Virat Kohli scored his 30th Test century. It was because of these innings that Australia lost the first test.
