Bhubaneswar: Santrupt Misra, the former Group Director of Aditya Birla Birla Carbon, has officially joined the Biju Janata Dal (BJD). The momentous occasion took place in the presence of the party’s supremo and Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, at Naveen Niwas on Friday.
Expressing his pleasure at welcoming Misra into the party fold, Chief Minister Patnaik remarked, “I am happy to induct Mr. Misra into the BJD and I hope that he will play a crucial role in the party. He will be given an appropriate position in the organization soon.”
