Jharsuguda: The overflowing water brought a Chhattisgarh woman to Odisha. The woman was found to be abnormal in her mental condition. She has been safely rescued after falling in the river and coming about 50 km. The most important thing is that the woman was chained to her ankles. This incident happened in Jharsuguda Palsada.
According to sources, the woman is from Purath village of Rayagada district, Chhattisgarh was safely rescued by fishermen while she was stuck in Odisha. She used to live in her father’s house after separating from her husband. Due to her mental illness her family members kept fetters on his legs.
