Haryana: Star Wrestler Vinesh Phogat will joined politics and contest as well! Many sources are saying that Vinesh Phogat will join Congress party. Along with this the rumour is also blowing up as she will contest the election from Charkhi Dadri seat with the congress ticket.
This rumours became the top of the town when she said goodbye to wrestling after the Paris Olympics. And most importantly when she fuelled speculations of joining politics in the future after meeting Congress politician and former Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupendra Singh Hooda at his New Delhi residence on Friday.
On this day Vinesh also met Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi. After this there is constant talk that Vinesh is going to join the Congress. On which the reaction of former Haryana CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda has come.
When asked Bhupendra Singh, will Vinesh Phogat joining the Congress? After which he said, this is an imaginary question. Players don’t belong to any party, they belong to the entire country. If anyone joins the party, we will welcome him/her. It is her wish to come or not. She is a player of our country, she should be given full respect.
On the other hand according to the rumours if she starts her debut in her political journey from Charkhi Dadri seat, she will stand against her family hood. Because it is believed that Vinesh can now contest elections on a Congress ticket. If this happens, it will be interesting that she may face her cousin female wrestler Babita Phogat on the Charkhi Dadri seat. Because Dangal girl Babita is currently in BJP. Now it will be interesting whether Vinesh joins congress or not, if yes and she agrees to contest from Charkhi Dadri seat then the fight between her cousin and herself will grab all the attraction.
