First step- To make spinach greens, first boil 500 grams of spinach leaves and grind them. Now heat butter or ghee in a pan.

Second step- Put 5 grams of cumin in hot butter or ghee and then add 10 grams of chopped garlic to it and fry till it turns golden brown.

Third step- After this, add 50 grams chopped onion, 25 grams ginger paste, 5 grams turmeric and 20 grams chopped tomato in the pan.

Fourth step- Add 5 grams chopped green chilli, 5 grams coriander powder, 5 grams garam masala, 5 grams red chilli powder, salt and spinach in the pan and keep stirring this paste continuously.

Fifth step- Cook the spinach thoroughly. Finally, you can also mix a little cream in it to enhance the taste of palak saag.
