You have to mix all these things well, add a little oil to it and make balls. Keep these balls in the refrigerator for about half an hour and then fry them until they turn golden. After this, to make gravy, first of all you have to put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it. Now you have to add tempering with 2 green cardamoms, half inch cinnamon and 3 cloves. Now add one chopped onion and 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste in the pan and fry it.

After this, you have to put 3 chopped tomatoes and one-fourth cup of walnuts in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Now you have to mix one teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon turmeric powder, red chilli and one cup water in it. Now add one teaspoon garam masala, one teaspoon black pepper powder, a little kasoori fenugreek, salt and a pinch of sugar in the pan. Keep cooking it until the gravy becomes thick.
