Half cup ghee, half kg carrot, 200 grams mawa, half loaf milk, 250 grams sugar, 4, 5 cardamoms, cashews, almonds and some pieces of pistachios.

Method to make Carrot Halwa:

Now, if you want to make carrot halwa quickly, then instead of rubbing it, cut it into pieces and boil it by adding water in a pressure cooker. Turn off the gas after 4 to 5 whistles.   • Second step: Now turn on the gas and keep the pan, add carrots in it and fry till the water dries up. When the water dries, keep the carrots aside and add half a cup of ghee in the pan. Now cook the boiled carrots in ghee well. Remember to cook the carrots until they turn golden in color. When the carrots start sticking lightly to the pan, slow down the gas flame, add half a pound of milk in it and cover the carrots again and cook.

  • third step: When the carrots mix well in the milk and the pudding starts thickening, then grind 200 grams of mawa and cardamom and mix it. Keep the gas flame slow. And cook the carrot halwa on low flame for 2 minutes. Your carrot halwa is ready for serving. Garnish it with dry fruits on top.
