Ingredients for Cheela:

One cup moong, a pinch of turmeric, half cup rice flour, salt as per taste, one onion, one tomato, one green chilli, one onion

How to make cheela

  • First step: To make cheela, soak a cup of moong dal in water before sleeping at night. In the morning, put moong dal in a grinder jar, add one cup of water and grind it very finely. Now add moong paste in another vessel.

  • Second step: Now add half a cup of rice flour, salt as per taste, one finely chopped onion, one finely chopped tomato, one green chilli, a pinch of turmeric and one teaspoon of Eno to this paste, mix them well and keep it like this for 10 minutes. Give.

  • Third step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan and when it becomes hot, take out the batter with the help of a ladle, spread it in a round shape and cook it well from both the sides. Your cheela is ready.
