Just hearing the name of Paratha makes the mouth water. The special thing is that one does not feel satisfied eating them in any season. This is an excellent option for breakfast. The fun of eating paratha doubles in winter. Many types of fresh vegetables become available in this season. There are some of these which are used for paratha. Parathas made of fenugreek, radish, cauliflower or peas are very tasty. Today we will tell you an easy recipe for making radish parathas.

Ingredients for Mooli Paratha:

2 fresh radishes washed well, 2 finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger, chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method to make Radish Paratha:

  • Step 1: Peel the radish and grate it gently. Squeeze out the water from the grated radish thoroughly. Add green chilli, ginger and green coriander to it and mix well. Then take flour as per requirement and add it to this mixture. Add salt also.

  • Second step: If you want, you can also add lemon juice to it, this will make the parathas delicious. Apply dry flour to the dough and roll it into the shape of paratha. Apply ghee or oil on the pan and cook the paratha till it becomes crisp from both the sides.

While making radish paratha, keep these things in mind:

Do not add salt to the radish mixture beforehand. Do not forget to squeeze the grated radish. Do not knead the dough that is too wet.
