Ingredients to make Besan Gatte Ki Sabji:
Gram flour (chickpea flour) – 1 cup, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, celery – 1/4 teaspoon, salt – as per taste, oil – 1 teaspoon, water – for kneading the dough.
Ingredients for Besan Gatte Gravy:
Curd – 1 cup, gram flour – 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder – 1 teaspoon, cumin – 1/2 teaspoon, asafoetida – a pinch, ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp, Oil – 2 tsp, Garam masala – 1/4 tsp, Coriander – for garnishing, Salt – as per taste
Method of making gram flour gatte vegetable:

Step 1: Mix gram flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, celery, oil and salt in a vessel. Knead a stiff dough by adding water little by little. Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and make cylindrical rolls. Boil water in a vessel and add gram flour rolls in it. Boil for 10-12 minutes. When the rolls cool down, cut them into small pieces.

Step 2: Now, add curd, gram flour, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder in a large bowl and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, and ginger-garlic paste and fry. Add curd mixture to the tempering. Cook the gravy for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously.

Step 3: Add chopped gattas to the gravy and let it cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes. Finally add garam masala and mix. Garnish Gatte Ki Sabzi with fresh coriander and serve with hot roti or rice.
