Make the healthiest paratha with soybean and paneer, this is the recipe
First step- To make this paratha, first prepare the stuffing. For which you will have to take about 100 grams of soybean vadi i.e. soya chunks. Wash the soybean and soak it in hot water for some time.
Second step- Now to make paratha, take 2 cups of wheat flour and prepare a soft dough. Add some salt and 1-2 spoons of desi ghee in it and knead the dough. Apply some ghee on the dough and leave it to set for 15 minutes.
Third step- Now take out the soybean from the water and squeeze it well. Now put it in a mixer and grind it. Pour 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add cumin, finely chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mango powder and garam masala. Add ground soybean to it and mix.
Fourth step- In this, add about 100 grams of grated cheese and salt as per taste. Cook everything lightly and then turn off the gas and add finely chopped coriander. Let this stuffing cool down and make a big ball out of the dough. Now fill it in paratha and roll it.
Fifth step- Apply ghee on both the sides of the paratha and fry it well. If you want, you can bake it without applying ghee also. You can eat it just by applying butter on top. Children will also like this paratha. Once you eat this paratha, you will feel like making and eating it again and again.
