What is chai masala made from?

Ingredients for Chai Masala:

Cloves 25 grams, Cardamom 25 grams, Black pepper 25 grams, Cinnamon -25 grams, Fennel -15 grams, Rose petals -5 grams, Dry ginger powder- 15 grams.

How to make tea masala?

To make tea masala, first roast all the whole spices. Turn on the gas, heat a pan and fry the cloves in it for 2 minutes. After that, fry the cardamom seeds well and when the aroma comes out, take them out in a plate. Similarly, step by step you have to roast all the spices.

Roast fennel, dry ginger and nutmeg and make a fine powder of them. After that, when all the spices cool down, put them in a mixer and grind them coarsely. After this, add nutmeg powder and dry ginger and mix and grind the spices once again. Your chai masala is ready. Take it out from the grinder and keep it in an airtight container. If you like more spice then you can change the quantity of spices and if you like less spice then you can reduce it.
