When you want to make ghee, take out the cream from the freezer and keep it out 4-5 hours in advance. When the frozen cream ice melts, put it in the mixer jar and stir. Add some cold water to it and keep stirring until the butter comes to the surface. When all the butter comes up, take it out from the mixer and put it in the pan.
Now keep cooking the butter while stirring, first on high gas and then on medium flame. When the ghee separates, increase the flame a bit and let it cook well.
