You can easily do this exercise to relieve leg pain even while lying on the bed. For this, lie down on your back and raise your legs upward in the air and place your hips on a wall or flat surface. Lift your legs and place them perpendicular to the wall, making sure to keep your feet together. Hold this position for 10-20 minutes, focusing on relaxing your legs and breathing deeply. This will provide relief from leg pain, varicose and cramps.
